Coming from the sun-drenched hills and timeless beauty of Tuscany, I bring a grounded and authentic approach to Hatha Yoga. With over ten years of teaching experience, my practice combines traditional yogic wisdom with an understanding of the needs of the modern body and lifestyle. I believe yoga is much more than a series of postures—it is a path to balance, self-awareness, and a more fulfilling way of living. In my classes, we focus on the foundations of Hatha Yoga through mindful movement, proper alignment, and conscious breathing. By holding postures with awareness and integrating pranayama techniques, students develop strength, flexibility, and inner calm. Over the past decade, I have guided practitioners of all levels and learned that meaningful progress comes not from how deeply you move into a pose, but from how deeply you connect with yourself. My teaching style is calm, patient, and supportive, creating a welcoming space where every student can grow at their own pace. Each session is thoughtfully designed to meet individual needs while incorporating meditation and relaxation practices that leave you feeling centered, refreshed, and restored.
